Founded in May 1993 by suppliers and users of Geographic Information systems, the Professional Association of Geomatics, S.P.D.G., aims to facilitate the use of geographic information and its associated technologies, and helps to promote this activity in the economic market. It represents the interest of the geographic information community and will develop effective collaboration between the industry and public or private users concerned by geographic information systems.
